How to stop receiving sales calls from Connect Senior Health and affiliated outreach programs.
To opt out of marketing calls, email dnc-me@connectseniorhealth.com with the phone number(s) you want added. Include all 10-digit numbers and your name for easier matching.
We typically log requests within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 30 days for active marketing campaigns to fully update. Numbers remain on our DNC list for five years unless you request removal.
If your telephone number changes, submit a new request so your DNC status stays active for the new number.
We honor applicable federal and state DNC laws, including National Do Not Call Registry requirements. Some laws permit calls to existing customers unless they are also on our internal DNC list.
Outbound sales personnel are trained on this policy and procedures are reviewed on a recurring biannual basis. You may request a copy of this policy by email.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) gives you the right to stop unwanted telemarketing calls. Once your number is on our internal DNC list, you should not receive any marketing calls from us. If you continue to receive calls, please notify us immediately.
